back in ‘02 i was on to mclusky but only in ‘09 am i ready to recognize their complete brilliance, at least w/r/t do dallas, which has a great sound, huge hooks, and a complete command of the bitter humor that u.k. folks seem to have a monopoly on. my recent love of this is no doubt related to mclusky’s descendant band future of the left, about whom i’ll have more to say in the future.
